I purchased the Love Yourself Liberated! Group or Private coaching program, but I don't know my login and I can't access the on demand materials I paid for. Help!
For sure! If you have any issues signing in and can't find the initial email that helps you set up your password reset link, use this link here: https://www.lindasanderville.com/login
It will take you to the Login page, and there you will click "Forgot Password" underneath the login button. This will send another email to you that will allow you to change your password, and making it possible for you to log into your course.
In addition, add admin@lindasanderville.com to your contacts/safe sender list. This should ensure that the emails are automatically routed to your preferred inbox folder.
Next, check your Promotions folder (esp. if Gmail) and Spam folder (esp. if Outlook) to see if the welcome and access emails have ended up there. If you take both of these steps and you see nothing come in by the next day, please contact support at the email address above.
