Meet Linda Sanderville, Burnout Recovery Coach, RYT-200
Hi, I’m Linda. I’m a Clinical Social Worker, Registered Yoga Teacher, and the host of the Love Yourself Liberated! Podcast. But more importantly, I’m a woman who used to think burning out was a badge of honor.
I spent years as a "helper," assessing situations and fixing everyone else’s problems while completely neglecting my own. It took a major wake-up call to realize that you cannot pour from an empty cup.
Now, I combine evidence-based emotion regulation techniques with holistic healing to help professional women—especially women of color and leaders—overcome the limiting beliefs that keep them stuck. My goal is to help you get results efficiently, rather than suffering needlessly for months or years.
I created Love Yourself Liberated! because I believe busy, ambitious, and soulful women deserve easy access to the inner work that gets proven results.
